My name is Andrew Jones
Originally from Europe and raised in the United States, I am a world traveler, outdoor adventure, and sports enthusiast. Through my experiences, I've witnessed the impact of functional fitness on my physical and mental well-being. Despite suffering a spinal injury from mountaineering, I learned that wellness involves mindfulness, self-care, happiness, and a solid approach to exercise and nutrition to continue living your life's purpose. Whether it's a come back from an injury, furthering your bodies performance, or escalating your life's purpose. My journey not only restored my strength but also guided me towards a more mindful and fulfilling life, that I want to share.
